The service provided by the entire team was exceptional. From the chef to the reception staff, security personnel, and the assisting staff in the front lobby, everyone was outstanding. Special thanks to Chef Navaneetham and drivers Ashok and Daniel for all their support!
We stayed at Regency Tuticorin for one night during our trip to Tamil Nadu, and the overall experience was outstanding. The room was comfortable and provided excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Ashok, the chauffeur arranged by the hotel. He collected us from the airport, accompanied us to Tiruchendur, and dropped us at Rameswaram the next day. He was courteous and patiently explained the local sights. I highly recommend him for any travel arrangements through the hotel. We will certainly stay at Regency GRT Tuticorin again in the future.
The service was excellent, particularly Gokul's polite demeanor. He assisted me with all the laundry and was very pleasant to interact with. Additionally, the manager, Gopi, was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, my stay at the hotel over the past nine months has been very comfortable.
The service provided by Gopi, Mani at the front office, Chef Nithyanandan, the F&B staff, and everyone who took care of us was outstanding. We felt completely at home and created cherished memories. Staying here was well worth it, and I highly recommend GRT Regency as the best in Tuticorin, with excellent food as well.
