franchised Radisson properties (Mamallapuram, Chennai Airport Road, Bengaluru
Ulsoor) and shall need to be submitted in original at the time of availing the desired

This certificate is applicable for redemption basis the facilities available at each hotel

This certificate can be used to pay for eligible charges only (excluding: banquets &
catering ). Eligible charges include room/stay charges, food & beverage, business centre
services/telecommunication charges, spa & salon services and transport inclusive of
taxes

The redemption of this certificate is subject to availability of services, and preferably prior
bookings

If the value of the services exceeds the certificate value, the difference shall need to be
paid by a recognised payment method

This certificate is applicable for one time use only and any unutilised portion shall not be
refunded.

This Certificate is valid for a period of six months from the date of issue stated on the
certificate.

damaged or otherwise destroyed. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall this
Certificate be revalidated. The purchase of these certificates is fully pre-paid and non-
cancellable.
