Wonderful place to stay! The staff are exceptionally courteous and exceeded our expectations, especially Deb, Isha, and Jaya. I highly recommend trying the delicious food as well. Chef Rajeev is fantastic. This new property in town offers an excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of continental options.
This place is amazing. The General Manager, Mr. Hari, and his staff have done an outstanding job. Everyone was incredibly accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with firm beds. The entire team went above and beyond to serve me. I stay at many hotels around the world, especially in America, and this has quickly become one of my new favorites.
The cleaning and room service are excellent. Staff members such as Venkat, the supervisor, Pawan, and Syamson perform the cleaning tasks impeccably and provide prompt service. The room decoration is impressive, and the pillows, bedsheets, and curtains are thoroughly washed.
The hospitality and service were exceptional. Jaya and Isha at reception were especially polite and helpful, even assisting with printing needs. Their training and dedication to customer service are commendable. This level of service is what brings in more guests and referrals.
