Comparison Rates:
- Must be found on a public website within 24 hours of booking on grthotels.com.
- Same hotel, reservation date, room type, number of guests, currency, and policies.
- Must be available when the Central Reservation team validates the claim.

Rate Comparison Details:
- Compared net of taxes or other fees.
- Claims denied if the difference is less than Rs.100, or equivalent.
- For multi-night stays, rates are reviewed based on the average over the entire stay.

Claim Process:
1. Submit the claim details via email if your reservation meets the criteria to crs@grthotels.com.
2. The Central Reservation team will verify and contact you via email.
3. Once confirmed, we'll match the rate and give you a surprise.
4. For prepaid bookings, the difference will be adjusted against your other hotel usage charges.

Important Notes:
- Only one claim per stay.
- Present the confirmation number & communication details at check-in.
- Void where prohibited by hotel T&C.
- We can change or discontinue the guarantee at any time.

- Visit the "Contact Us" section on grthotels.com within 24 hours of booking.
- Submit the full claim details via email within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before the hotel arrival date.
