It was a fantastic experience, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options that were truly enjoyable.
We visited this hotel with our friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk personnel, who were very responsive and respectful. The check-in and check-out process was effortless. The room was quiet, neat, and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping area.
The staff is friendly. The hotel offers great value for money and is centrally located in Chennai. I had requested an early arrival and early check-out, and the front office agreed to this request without any additional charge.
It was a fantastic experience. The Grand Hotel is definitely worth the money. After a long journey, we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. The hotel is in a prime location, with good, clean rooms and a temperature-controlled swimming pool.
