The hotel is excellent with courteous staff. The facilities are impressive, and the breakfast options and taste are great. The food quality is high, and the amenities are excellent.
I received exceptional care and service from Mr. Kumaresan, the Assistant Manager at GRT Grand Kakinada. He is very sensible and transparent in his work. I also want to thank Mr. Rajesh for his prompt response. In conclusion, I highly recommend GRT Grand Kakinada for its excellent hospitality.
