The property boasts excellent service, empathy, and a prime location as its key advantages. The staff are exceptionally friendly and proactive.
We arrived this afternoon, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. Mr. Clifford, Joseph, Ring, Anthony, and Ms. Helen did an excellent job assisting us. The service was delivered with a smile, and we were welcomed with delicious hot ginger herbal tea. It was so good that I requested another cup, which Ms. Helen kindly provided. The air conditioning in the room is working perfectly.
The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast is good. When in Kanchipuram, staying at GRT is a must.
I would prefer to stay at this hotel on future visits. I gave it the highest rating due to the excellent room ambience, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to all my family friends and work colleagues.
