What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations are permitted by 6.00 pm within 24 hours prior to arrival. Last minute cancellation or no-show would result in one night charge as retention, as per hotel policy. Non-refundable booking can not be cancelled or modified, as this would result in one night retention charge. If retention has been charged, the remaining booked nights will be released, and rebooking is subject to availability and different rates will apply.
Can I reserve a room without paying an initial deposit?
