I had a very good stay and a pleasant experience overall. The food was excellent, and the room was nice. I would recommend this place to my friends if they visit Salem.
I am very happy with my overall experience at the hotel. The staff were professional and welcoming. Ms. Jayasri from the Sales team gave us a warm welcome and personally attended to my family's food preferences. Mr. Sarvanan at the check-in counter was efficient, and Mr. Gunaseelan, the hotel's chauffeur, was very helpful with car parking and even offered to clean my vehicle. The amazing people and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
This place is perfect for families, especially those with children. The interiors are engaging for kids, and the rooms are spacious with a thoughtful layout. The bathrooms are very clean, and the staff is exceptionally polite.
