To experience this beauty up close, you'll need to descend around 250 steps. But trust us, the steps are a small price to pay for the stunning view.

Pyramid Point: Where Nature and History Stack Up!

Pagoda Point offers a perspective that's, shall we say, significantly enhancing. If you're up for a quick 15-minute drive from our doorstep, you'll be rewarded with this remarkable view. You get a bird's eye view of the Salem town, neatly arranged below, and Yercaud's famous 21 hairpin bends winding their way up. The mountains, putting on quite a show, are a sight to behold. Plus, you might notice some interesting rock formations, earning it the nickname Pyramid Point. It's also ideal for watching sunrises and sunsets, injecting a bit of magic into the already impressive scenery. An old Rama temple nearby lends a historical note, suggesting a deeper exploration.

Anna Park's Playground Paradise

For a park experience that’s the Avengers of greenery, Anna Park is your spot, and, lucky for you, it's just a breezy 4-minute hop from our doorstep. It’s like four parks had a secret meeting and decided to merge into one superpark: Lake Park, Deer Park, Gandhi Park, and Children’s Park. And just when you thought you'd seen it all, there's a Japanese-style garden showing off its perfectly arranged plants. Kids can conquer the playground slides and see-saws while animal enthusiasts can enjoy observing the deer and peacocks in Deer Park. Basically, Anna Park is where you go when you want a park day that's a bit of everything without being boring.

A Journey Through Yercaud's Silk Farm and Rose Garden

A trip to Yercaud wouldn't be complete without a peek into the world of silk and roses, both found conveniently near Lady's Seat. A quick 11-minute drive will land you in the midst of these fascinating spots. At the Rose Garden, you'll find a colourful international gathering of roses, and if you're feeling inspired, you can even snag some nursery plants to try your hand at growing your own. Over at the Silk Farm, you can witness the complete silk-making process, from the mulberry-munching silkworms to the spinning of those delicate threads. Who knew silk production could be so interesting? Just a heads-up the best time to see the silkworm action is during the monsoon, so plan your visit accordingly.

Shevaroyan Temple: A Blend of Faith and Breathtaking Views

High up on Shevaroyan Hill, a breezy 5,326 ft. above Yercaud, you'll find the Shevaroyan Temple—not your average spiritual pit stop! And, for a bit of perspective, it's about a 16-minute scenic drive from our resort. It's more like a time-travel adventure into a 2,000-year-old cave, or so the locals say, a direct line to the area's tribal roots, honouring Lord Shevaroyan and Goddess Kaveri. Picture yourself squeezing through those narrow, idol-lined passages, where whispers of secret tunnels to the Kaveri River and legends of Tippu Sultan's hide-and-seek games still float. Feeling lucky? Toss a stone into the wishing well, or join the big party at the May festival. And just when you think you've seen it all, those panoramic views of Yercaud and Nagalur will remind you why this place is a perfect mix of history, faith, and, well, really great scenery.
